Stan Swamy: a new report by an American forensic firm shows that incriminating documents were planted on the computer of Father Stan Swamy, the activist-priest who was arrested for alleged terror links in 2020 and who died in custody a year later.

Activist Gautam Navlakha's Protection From Arrest Extended By A Month

Gautam Navlakha, one of the five civil rights activists named in the Koregaon-Bhima violence case, cannot be arrested for one more month, the Supreme Court decided today. A bench of justices Arun Mishra and Deepak Gupta however asked Mr Navlakha to approach the court concerned to seek pre-arrest bail in the case.

Delhi University Professor Hany Babu, whose house was raided in connection with the 2017 Elgaar Parishad case on Tuesday, has alleged that the police did not have a search warrant and they seized the phones of his daughter and wife, not allowing them to communicate with friends.
