'BJP Can't Be Suppressed': Arun Jaitley On Political Violence In Kerala

Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley today criticised the ruling CPM in Kerala for the political violence in the state, accusing it of "using" its cadres to "eliminate" rival party workers. At a condolence meeting after visiting the family of slain RSS worker Rajesh Edavakode, he said the RSS and the BJP could not be suppressed through violence.

Senior CPI-M leader M M Mani was on Wednesday arrested for declining to turn up for a polygraph test as a part of the probe in connection with his controversial speech in which he said his party had in the past eliminated some of its political rivals in Idukki district.
