Bard of Blood used Ladakh and Rajasthan to stand in for Balochistan, Pakistan. But that came with its own problems. The Netflix series has made several changes from the book, bringing in new characters like Kirti Kulhari’s Jannat Marri, and writing in more cliff-hanger moments.

Even as the world is showering praise on actor Emraan Hashmi for his new book and the freshly released trailer of Azhar, there's another Hashmi who's taking over social media for the most adorable reason possible. This Hashmi in question is none other than the Jannat actor's six-year-old son Ayaan.

"Ayaan has given birth to a new me. He made me a better person and taught me that life will hit you, it will knock you down on the floor but you have to get up, stumble, fall again and then get up but never give up," said Emraan Hashmi

Emraan, 36, wrote on Twitter: So happy to announce the title of my book, The Kiss of Life : How A Superhero and My Son Defeated Cancer. The book will be published by Penguin Books India in three languages

The 36-year-old Mr. X star, who is married to Parveen Shahani for nine years and is a proud parent to a son, said that he is excited about the book. "The last two years have been the most trying phase of my life. Through it I have found two of my greatest teachers," he posted in a tweet on October 16

After launching a special TV series to promote their forthcoming co-production Ek Thi Daayan, Vishal Bhardwaj and Ekta Kapoor are now set to release a book titled Daayan. It is penned by Ved Prakash Sharma.
