The Indira Gandhi National Open University achieved another milestone under Digital India Programme for digital inclusion by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on August 22 with Common Service Centres (CSC).

Law and IT Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said the programme would be rolled out in 100 villages initially.
