Over a period of 14 years, Manoj Bakkarwalla was allegedly involved with at least 300 carjackings. He was arrested at 5 this morning from Ghazipur on the outskirts of Delhi. Manoj Bakkarwalla, 36, had managed to escape three times after being arrested in the last few years.
