Pitching for early solution of the Farakka barrage issue, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee will meet Prime Minister Manmohan Singh here today. Ms Banerjee, whose Trinamool Congress has 19 members in the Lok Sabha, would also take up implementation of Gorkhaland Territorial Administration during the meeting with Dr Singh.
