Missing engineer from Bihar, Fasih Mahmood, is in a jail in Saudi Arabia, according to the Indian government. Bringing him back, where he is wanted for alleged links to several terror attacks, will be a lengthy and complicated process, the government informed the Supreme Court.

Sources have told NDTV that Fasih Mahmood is one of the founding members of Indian Mujahideen and that he studied in the same engineering college as Riyaz and Iqbal Bhatkal. The Bhatkal brothers - founding members and top commanders of Indian Mujahideen - are currently based in Karachi.
