Ana Sebastian Perayil - the 26-year-old Ernst and Young employee who died of "work-related stress" - was "getting hardly any sleep and was unable to eat proper food", her father, Sibi Joseph, was quoted by news agency IANS.

Sibi Joseph, the father of Pune-based Chartered Accountant (CA) Anna Sebastian Perayil (26), who died due to "work-related stress", on Thursday said the family has no plans to take legal steps against the company.

"He leaves behind a legacy of kindness, wisdom, cherished memories and timeless music," read a statement from Vipin Reshammiya's family

His demise was confirmed by his family in a statement shared on the his and his late father's Instagram accounts.
