India's Censor Board chief Leela Samson has resigned amid reports that the film "Messenger of God (MSG)" starring controversial Dera Sachcha Sauda sect chief Gurmeet Singh Ram Rahim has been cleared after the government referred it to a tribunal. The Censor Board had not cleared the film, which has raised worries about religious tension.
