Former Bsp Leader Arrested

A Delhi court on Monday sent son of former BSP MP Ashish Pandey, who was arrested for brandishing pistol at a five-star hotel, to 14-day judicial custody.

A court in Delhi has dismissed the bail plea of Ashish Pandey, son of former BSP lawmaker, who arrested for flashing a gun at a five-star hotel on October 14. The court has extended his judicial custody till Monday.

The Uttar Pradesh police arrived at the home of former BJP leader Dayashankar Singh in the state's Ballia district to arrest him, but did not find him there on Thursday morning.
