A photojournalist who had taken a picture of a Congress MLA dozing off during the Assembly session last week was today allegedly assaulted by the legislator inside the House. Walton Lytan, was assaulted within the Assembly premises by Founder Strong Cajee after Chief Minister Mukul Sangma delivered his budget speech.
