Goa Vikas Party legislator, Fransisco 'Miccky' Pacheco on Tuesday questioned the "rationale" behind state Fisheries Department banning fishing using LED lights.

Goa Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar today said the state cabinet's expansion and reshuffle hadbeen postponed and would be held after the Ganesh Chaturthi festival.

Nine legislators who violated traffic rules last week and rode to the State Legislative Assembly complex in Panaji without wearing helmet, will be issued challans, a senior official said today.
