Ace Indian rally driver Gaurav Gill has been granted bail by the Jodhpur court over the untoward incident during the Rally Of Jodhpur in September this year. Gill was booked under Section 304A of IPC by the investigating agency, which caused the death of three villagers that had accidentally made their way on to the rally circuit on a motorcycle.

Arjuna awardee Gaurav Gill and his navigator were booked on Sunday on charge of culpable homicide not amounting to murder after their car rammed into a motorcycle killing a couple and their son during National Rally Championship race which was apparently being held here without permission, officials said.

A police official said companies involved in the event -- Maxperienace, Mahindra, JK Tyres, MRF Tyres and the Federation of Motor Sports Club of India -- have also been named in the FIR.
