Three top executives of Reliance ADAG -- Gautam Doshi, Surendra Pipara and Hari Nair were acquitted in the case.

Billionaire Anil Ambani, the chairman of the Reliance ADA group, at a Delhi court this morning, appearing as a CBI witness in the 2G scam case said he could not recall the minutes of the meeting as they were not prepared by him. Yesterday, the Supreme Court refused to pass any order on a petition seeking a stay on trial court summons to him.
