Pakistan's Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani has been indicted by the Supreme Court for contempt of court. A two-page chargesheet against the Prime Minister is being read out in court. Mr Gilani has dug in his heels and refused to act on court orders to reopen graft cases against the President, Asif Ali Zardari.
