Girls Hand Fractured

A five-year-old girl suffered a fracture after a teacher taking private tuition classes in Bhopal allegedly twisted her hand for not properly spelling the word 'parrot', police said today.

An eight-year-old school girl forced to stand in the cold during Republic Day celebrations for not wearing a sweater with the school logo suffered vertigo and fell down from stairs, fracturing her hands in the fall.

A six-year-old girl was allegedly brutally tortured after being sold to a couple in Tadepallegudem in West Godavari district in Andhra Pradesh. The girl was found with her hands burnt, her right thigh bone fractured and injuries to her head. She has been moved to a private hospital this evening and is reportedly critical.
