The Centre today moved the Delhi High Court challenging its single judge's order staying aviation regulator DGCA's direction for suspending the permit of Ravi Rishi-led aviation firm Global Vectra Helicorp Ltd (GVHL) to operate its fleet of choppers.

Tatra has moved Delhi High Court against aviation regulator DGCA's decision to cancel the flying permit of Global Vectra, a subsidiary of the company which used to run helicopter service to the holy cave shrine of Vaishno Devi.

Aviation regulator DGCA has suspended the operating permit of the company, whose promoter Ravi Rishi is under the CBI scanner in the controversial Tatra truck deal with the army.
