An Indian-origin entrepreneur has escaped jail in the US despite being caught on camera beating his girlfriend 117 times in 30 minutes, reports Huffington Post. RadiumOne CEO Gurbaksh Chahal has been sentenced to three years' probation, 52 weeks in a domestic violence training programme and 25 hours of community service.
