A former chief executive officer (CEO) of a US bank has been sentenced to more than 24 years in federal prison for embezzling $47 million in a cryptocurrency fraud scheme.

Winnie Madikizela-Mandela, the former wife of Nelson Mandela and for decades one of South Africa's most prominent and polarizing figures, died April 2 at a hospital in Johannesburg. She was 81.

An ultrasound revealed that the testicle had atrophied, with scarring and damage from a previous injury, according to court documents. And so the doctor scheduled an orchiectomy - or surgical removal of the testicle - to help alleviate Hanes's pain.

A senior police officer in Maharshtra's Thane district was arrested for accepting bribe of Rs 4 lakh from a complainant, police said on Thursday. "Following a complaint against Deputy Superintendent of Police Nagnath Sambatwad, the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) laid a trap," an ACB officer said.
