Hd Kumaraswamy Bail Plea

The Karnataka High Court on Thursday reserved orders on the anticipatory bail petition filed by former Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy in a case relating to alleged irregularities in denotification of government land in 2007.

Karnataka High Court today ordered issue of notice to Lokayukta in connection with the anticipatory bail plea filed by Janata Dal (Secular)(JDS) Leader HD Kumaraswamy on a private complaint alleging illegalities in denotification of government land in 2007 when he was the Chief Minister.
