Almost six months after a complaint was filed against a Borivli-based doctor Pradeep Vyas, he was arrested on Tuesday night on charges of causing death due to negligence. Hemlata Thakur had filed the complaint on June 13 against Dr Vyas, accusing him of wrongly treating her mother Minaxi Murti (76) after she was admitted to his clinic on April 23.
