Hijack Hoax

A special court in Mumbai today sentenced a man to 15 months' imprisonment for making a hoax call to an airline's office, threatening to hijack a plane to get Pakistani terrorist Mohammed Ajmal Kasab released.

A court in New Delhi has sentenced Jitender Mohalla to life imprisonment for his role in a hoax hijack case of 2009. Last week, the court had convicted Mr Mohalla for playing the lead role in the hijack drama onboard a Goa - Delhi flight Indigo flight.
