Himachal Pradesh To Cancel Registration Of 15-Year-Old Government Vehicles
Registration of government vehicles completing 15 years would be cancelled and these vehicles would be scrapped, Himachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri, who also holds the transport portfolio, said on Saturday.

Delhi, 4 Northern States Agree On Uniform Tax Rates On Fuel
Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh on Tuesday agreed to fix uniform tax rates on petroleum products, amid rising fuel prices. Besides, the states also agreed to bring uniformity in taxes on liquor and registration of vehicles and transport permit, according to an official release.
