Kuldeep Bishnoi of the Haryana Janhit Congress is now leading by what seems like an unbeatable 40,000 votes in Hisar, Haryana. Mr Bishnoi's father, Bhajan Lal, died in June; he was the Lok Sabha MP for this constituency.
