Trinamool Congress chief and UPA ally Mamata Banerjee will not attend a crucial meeting of chief ministers convened by the Home Ministry on Monday to discuss internal security issues. The West Bengal Chief Minister, however, is expected to attend the May 5 meeting on the controversial National Counter Terror Centre (NCTC) issue.
