  Honda Announces Battery Swap Service For EVs In India

  Honda Power Pack Energy India Private Limited (HEID), announced the beginning of the Honda e:Swap service for the Honda Activa e:

  Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki Join Hands To Launch Gachaco Battery Swapping Service

  Gachaco is a new company formed by Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha, together with energy company Eneos.

  Honda Power Pack Energy & Hindustan Petroleum Partner To Establish Battery Swapping Stations

  The companies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and commercial agreement for setting up battery sharing services. It also marks the global debut of Honda's battery sharing service business.

  Honda Sets Up Battery Sharing Subsidiary In India

  The new subsidiary, called Honda Power Pack Energy India Private Limited, will also work closely with OEMs who wish to integrate Honda's battery.

  Honda will begin the electric battery sharing service in India in the first half of 2022.
