Indore police claimed to have busted a gang involved in illegal trade of antiques with the arrest of ten persons and seizure of three metal idols worth more than Rs 3 crore in the international market on Thursday.

Twenty-eight years after an idol was stolen from an ancient temple at Allahabad, a Delhi court has still not been able to frame charges in the case against the accused, including an international project consultant, for trading in antique items.
