Indiabulls Housing Finance plans to focus the management bandwidth and its consolidated capital towards the real estate asset management business, keeping in line with its asset-light strategy.

Indiabulls Real Estate's revenue from operations however fell 41 per cent to Rs 721.67 crore from Rs 1,232 crore during December quarter of last year.

Capital markets company Indiabulls Ventures said in a filing that its board has approved buyback of upto 6.66 crore equity shares at Rs 150 per share.

The announcement comes a day after Indiabulls Real Estate and Indiabulls Ventures said their boards would discuss share buyback at the October 11 meeting.

Indiabulls Housing Finance said the increase in lending rates - or interest rates on home loans - comes "with the growing cost of funds led by the consecutive raise on repo rate by the RBI.
