Indian fisherman's killing: US rejects eyewitness account

At 3:30 am local time on Monday, a US naval ship trained its machine guns on a boat in Jabel Ali, a frequent docking point for American naval vessels about 30 miles southwest of Dubai. An Indian fisherman on board was killed; three others were injured. Eyewitnesses say, no warnings were given by the US naval ship.
