Infosys In Madhya Pradesh

IT giant Infosys is about to set up its first campus in Madhya Pradesh. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Infosys founder Narayana Murthy today laid the foundation stone for the new campus in Indore.

The foundation-laying ceremony of the SEZ, to be constructed on 130 acres of land, was held at the Super Corridor on the outskirts of city in the presence of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.

A proposal in this regard is being sent to the company with the expectation that the Board of Approval would approve the SEZ proposals in its next meeting.

"Madhya Pradesh has abundant IT talents. Therefore we are seriously considering our entry into the state," Infosys co-founder NR Narayana Murthy said.
