The study that was published in the journal Diabetes Care suggests that changing eating pattern could help manage diabetes better than insulin injections. It also stated that insulin injections could also trigger a vicious cycle of higher insulin doses, and increase the risk of developing cardiovascular disease, apart from weight loss.

It promises to free diabetics from multiple daily injections, but there has been concern that it may be difficult to control the dose accurately enough so that neither too much nor too little is given. But the good news is that reliable dosing is no more a problem.
