Union Home Minister Amit Shah said on Sunday that the Centre has set a target of taking India's conviction rate higher than even the developed countries and integrating the criminal justice system with forensic science investigation.

Telangana and Andhra Pradesh are the first states in the country where Integrated Criminal Justice System (ICJS) will be launched, Supreme Court Judge Madan B Lokur said today.
