Koo is shutting down, co-founders Aprameya Radhakrishna and Mayank Bidawatka announced on Wednesday. Four years ago after it was launched as a competitor to Twitter (now known as X), Koo will cease operations after acquisition talks with "multiple larger internet companies, conglomerates and media houses" failed, according to the app's founders.
