The last member of the group of British jailers who supervised the torture and killing of Western hostages held by the Islamic State has been identified as a 27-year-old Londoner who traveled to Syria in 2012.

Najim Laachraoui, one of the Brussels airport suicide bombers, has been identified by several Frenchmen held hostage by ISIS in Syria as one of their prison guards, sources close to the investigation said.

A member of a British cohort within the Islamic State that oversaw the brutal detention and beheading of Western hostages in Syria has been identified as Alexanda Kotey, a 32-year-old convert to Islam who grew up in West London.
