Plea to attach Jagan's properties rejected on technical grounds

A local court on Monday rejected the CBI's petition seeking attachment of certain properties of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in disproportionate asset case on technical grounds. Deputy Legal Advisor to the CBI, B Ravindranath said that the court rejected the petition on the grounds of insufficient documents furnished by the investigating agency.
