Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao today attended the swearing-in ceremony of his Andhra Pradesh counterpart YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. At the event, Mr Rao assured the new Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister of all cooperation, saying the two Telugu states should shake hands and move forward instead of "brandishing swords".
