Jaish-e-muhammad Terrorist Killed In Encounter

A day after a Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) terrorist was killed in an encounter in Jammu and Kashmirs Kulgam, security forces on Tuesday shot dead two terrorists of the proscribed terror outfit in the district, police said.

Two terrorists, including a top Jaish-e-Muhammad (JeM) commander involved in a June 12 attack that resulted in the death of six security personnel, was killed in a gunfight with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir's Anantnag district on Tuesday.

Two terrorists were killed in an encounter with security forces in south Kashmir district of Pulwama on Friday,police said.

Two terrorists of the Jaish-e-Muhammad (JeM) group were killed on Saturday in an encounter with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir's Khonmoh area on the outskirts of Srinagar district. The terrorists had planned to disrupt the Republic Day celebrations, said police sources.

Army Chief General Bipin Rawat today said the Army would neutralise any terrorists entering Indian territory, after Indian forces killed the nephew of Jaish-e-Muhammad chief Masood Azhar in Pulwama in a gunfight.
