79.9% Voting In Penultimate Phase Of Jammu And Kashmir Panchayat Polls
Jammu and Kashmir recorded 79.9 per cent voting today in the penultimate phase of the nine-phased panchayat polls, state electoral officer Shaleen Kabra said.
