A 36-year-old property dealer in west Delhi was arrested for murdering his wife, who was repeatedly urging him to give up his drugs habit, said police on Tuesday. Harpal Singh was arrested Monday from his relative's residence in Nihal Vihar, a day after he hacked his wife Jaspreet Kaur to death in the beauty parlour she ran in the Rani Bagh area.
