Almost 11 months after former BJP MLA Jayanti Bhanushali was shot dead in a moving train, two key accused, including a woman, were arrested by the Gujarat CID from Uttar Pradesh today, an official said.

Two persons from Maharashtra were arrested in connection with the January 8 killing of ex-Gujarat BJP lawmaker Jayanti Bhanushali, a senior police official said Sunday.

Gujarat BJP leader Chhabil Patel and five others, including his son, have been made suspects in an FIR lodged by the Railway Police today in the murder of former BJP lawmaker Jayanti Bhanushali.
