The Thane District Consumer Forum has ordered Jet Airways to compensate a flyer for failing to provide services under one of its promotional schemes.

Jet Airways on Thursday announced launch of full services even on its all-economy subsidiary JetKonnect from December and plans to consolidate into a single-brand.

To enhance on-time performance in its domestic network, the Jet Airways Group today said it will extend the practice of closing domestic check-in counters 45 minutes before departure to all non-metro airports with immediate effect.

Jet Airways on Tuesday launched "India's biggest air ticket sale," an offer that sent its share prices up after recent reverses. On offer are 20 lakh seats in over 450 daily flights across 57 cities within India.

As part of a strategic rebranding and restructuring exercise JetLite will be merged with JetKonnect.
