The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) is missing its patriarch Lalu Prasad, who is recovering from various ailments at the Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) in Ranchi after being convicted in the fodder scam, ahead of the Jharkhand Assembly election on November 30.

Promising to make Jharkhand the number one state in the country, Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said the government would rein in all the looters of minerals and benefit the state to the tune of Rs 20,000 crore in the next few years.
