2G case: Review petitions filed by govt, telecom companies in Supreme Court today

The Supreme Court will today hear review petitions filed by the Centre and various telecom companies in the 2G judgements it delivered earlier this year. These review petitions will, however, not be heard in the open court as a convention, but will be decided in the chambers of Judges Justice GS Singhvi and Justice KS Radhakrishnan.

122 mobile network licenses issued after January 10, 2008 have been cancelled by Supreme Court. The companies affected include some of the country's biggest telecom players.
