A history sheeter and his three aides have been arrested here for allegedly hatching a conspiracy to kill a rival gangster police said. Acting on a tip off, City Crime Branch officials arrested Jaraganahalli Mahesha, M S Harish, L Mahesha and K B Vinod Kumar recently, CCB police said in a release today.
