Kanhaiya Kumar Pune Meeting

JNU Students' Union president Kanhaiya Kumar who is scheduled to address an event in the city today, will be issued a pre-emptive notice in which he will be asked to abstain from making any provocative and inciting statements, city police said on Saturday.

The organisers who have invited JNU student leader Kanhaiya Kumar for a public meeting in Pune on April 24 today said they have changed the venue in view of the preconditions imposed by the police.

After his visit to Nagpur, Jawaharlal Nehru University Students' Union (JNUSU) president Kanhaiya Kumar will next week meet the students of FTII here who had protested against Gajendra Chauhan's appointment as the chairman of the institute.
