A Dalit woman was allegedly raped at gunpoint by two men, including a former village head, in Kanpur Dehat district of Uttar Pradesh, police said on Sunday.

A 15-year-old Dalit girl was allegedly raped by two men on Thursday at a village in Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur district, the police said on Friday.

A girl was allegedly gang raped by four students at an apartment in the city, the police said. The accused persons -- a bachelor of business administration and three engineering students -- were detained, senior police official Sanjiv Suman said.

A minor who was allegedly gangraped by three men in Kanpur on Saturday attempted suicide by consuming hair dye today. She has been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Ursula hospital in the city. The class XI student was allegedly gang-raped by her neighbour Rajiv and his friends in the cantonment area of Kanpur.
