The Karnataka coalition government led by Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy has "failed" to deliver on its promise of farm loans waiver, BJP state unit president BS Yeddyurappa said on Wednesday.

The JDS-Congress government in Karnataka has released Rs 5,450 crore so far towards farmers loan waiver scheme, Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy said today.
