Three people died and at least 31 others were injured, four of them seriously, after six of the 12 coaches of the Kasara-Mumbai train derailed in Maharashtra's Thane district. The Kasara local was coming to the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST) in Mumbai. The train reportedly derailed after a landslide near the tracks.
