An all-girl rock group from Kashmir has disbanded after receiving hate mail on their Facebook page and a "fatwa" or a religious decree from a senior priest. One member of the group says she will never play the guitar again because "the people of Kashmir are not happy with us."

Police identify those behind online abuse for Kashmir's all-girls rock band

Amid reports that the all-girls rock band in Kashmir has decided to quit singing, the police have started a manhunt to arrest those who posted death threats and hate mail on their Facebook page. Sources say the police have filed and FIR in the case and have identified those who posted the abuses.

Threatened and pushed into a corner by a fatwa from a cleric and online threats Kashmir's all girl band Pragaash has reportedly decided to quit.
