A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) was filed in the Bombay High Court today seeking a direction to Maharashtra government to register an offence against concerned persons for allegedly launching a website "glorifying" Mahatma Gandhi's assassin Nathuram Godse.

The Bombay High Court has ordered a CBI probe in the Dr Narendra Dabholkar murder case. Mr Dabholkar, an anti-superstition activist, was shot dead by unknown assailants in Pune on August 20, 2013 in broad daylight.
